The project consists of 11 townhome unit swithin Strathcona County. It was composed of all units being 3-bedroom dwellings,11 parking stalls (10 in parkade and one above grade), andsix bicycle stalls (four in parkade and two above grade).

Allendale Skinnies

This project is a residential development and offers two skinny-house dwellings. Each skinny house is composed of 2-storeys and a basement level below grade, as well as a detached garage. The main level is a common area living space with one bathroom, and on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom and one master bedroom offering a master bathroom and walk-in closet.

Ambleside Townhomes

The project consists of 32 town home units located in South west Edmonton, in the Windermere district. Units are composed of three floors at/above grade and one below grade. The development also offers two parking spaces per unit (with a private garage),three visitor parking stalls, and 16 spaces for bicycles (two short-term).

Crestwood House

The project consists of a residential house design located within the Crestwood neighborhood near the river valley. It consists of both a primary and secondary suite, a backyard, and an attached garage. The primary suite offers a den, three bedrooms and one master suite with a master bath, as well as three additional bathrooms and a laundry room. The secondary suite offers a private walkway & entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom & private laundry.

This project is in the Edmonton district of Ellerslie. It offers 13 townhome buildings with 60 residential dwellings. Each town home offers3 bedrooms (totaling 180 bedrooms in the development) as well as a private garage for each unit.

Saskatchewan Drive Triplex

This project is located in Northwest Edmonton and offers 6 dwelling units. The main floor provides entry to the principal suites, which are made up of 3-storeysabove-grade. Each principal dwelling offers 2bedrooms and one bath on the second level and one master suite and bath on the third story, as well as a large terrace outside the master bedroom. The secondary suites have their own private entrances and are composed of 1-bedroom and one bathroom within each.
