Dualita Architecture was founded in 2019 by J. Armando Hernández Varela with a clear vision: to redefine what an architecture firm can be. From the very beginning, the goal was to move beyond the limitations of the traditional firm model and create a practice where clients receive not only design excellence but also genuine care, attention, and a truly personalized experience.

Omar approaches architecture as a process where ideas are continuously tested, refined, and brought into built form. As a Designer at Dualita Architecture, he contributes across a wide range of project types, working from early concept through permitting, coordination, and into construction phases.
With over a decade of experience, he has been involved in construction documentation, consultant coordination, and project delivery, helping translate design intent into clear, buildable outcomes.
His work is driven by an interest in how design decisions are carried through to construction, how materials meet, how details perform, and how spaces are ultimately experienced in everyday use. He values clarity, precision, and the alignment between what is designed and what is built.
